Scope of the Quality Management System

The Quality Management System of CEIA USA is structured in such a way as to guarantee that all company processes are carried out in a controlled manner, according to the policies and strategies of Top Management, and in conformance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, "Quality management systems - Requirements".

The Quality Management System is documented, put into practice, and kept up-to-date by Top Management and by all staff according to their respective areas of competence so as to continually improve its effectiveness and usefulness.

CEIA USA is committed to delivering high quality products and services that conform to the ISO 9001:2015 standard and comply with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. To meet this commitment, Top Management promotes and communicates this policy so that it is understood and applied by everyone in the organization. Our team is dedicated in achieving established quality objectives and continually improving the effectiveness of the Quality Management System to ensure we meet our customers' requirements.

ISO 9001:2015 Certified

CEIA USA's Quality Management System is certified to ISO 9001:2015 for the design, manufacture, sale, and service of electromagnetic inspection and control systems for security and ground search applications, and generators and control systems for induction heating applications.
