New CEIA “Power Cube® System 900”, high power Induction Generator & Controller in the same compact size of the Power Cube Series 900 Generators.

Thanks to a continuous effort in the research for innovation, the application of new technologies and the use of latest generation electronic components, CEIA today presents a new line of high frequency generators & controllers, Power Cube System 900.
The new System 900 Generator & Controller, available in the 3.5 kW power version, maintains all the characteristics of high efficiency and compactness typical of CEIA high frequency generators, and in addition integrates the temperature control system and a high-resolution graphic TFT display for easy programming of all generator working parameters.
The integrated controller allows to choose between three different operating modes, to connect and manage two SLE CEIA pyrometers directly to the generator and to have an accurate and linear control of the output power and temperature.
The System 900 Generator & Controller is also equipped with a wide selection of analog and digital I/O and a field bus interface for easy integration with automatic production systems, essential in all production processes where is required the smallest overall dimensions, a repeatable and certified control of the generator output power and a closed-loop temperature control system.
With this new evolution, CEIA induction generators are confirmed as the most advanced of all solid-state generators available on the market and complying with all regulations on electrical safety and electromagnetic compatibility.

New SA/400 Line: Wideband Medium-High Frequency 50 kW/25 kW/12.5 kW Green Generators

CEIA Spa continues its expansion phase in the field of induction heating systems.
Thanks to the continuous research for new technological solutions, the use of latest generation electronic components and the result of the experience of over forty years of work in the field of induction generators, we are pleased to present the evolution of the range of systems SA400 Series.
With the new PW3-50-SA/400 generator with 50KW of power, the line of generators with an enlarged working frequency from 100 to 400KHz is completed, granting maximum operational flexibility and the maximum efficiency that distinguishes all CEIA induction generators.
The possible configurations of the new SA400 line are many. Power of 12.5KW, 25 and 50KW. Single or double heating head solutions or two simultaneous power outputs solution.
All the generators are managed by a control unit with touch screen interface for a simple and intuitive programming of the working parameters.
The Power Cube SA/400 Generator Series, due to its advanced built-in controller, is equipped with DATA LOGGER for quality process control and WEB SERVER for remote control and service.
Furthermore all CEIA accessories can be implemented as well as Optical Pyrometers or Thermal Camera, automated Wire Feeder for brazing process or Field Bus for an implementation into automation lines.
Moreover, the new SA/400 generators are equipped with standard reliable connectors for an easy and quick managing of the many I/O signals available.
All these specifications make the new SA/400 generators comply and ready for Industry 4.0 requirements.
Web server and integrated data logger allow remote control of the generator and quality control of the production process.

CEIA announces new product addition: Power Cube 100SA/80 100 kW Generator

CEIA is pleased to announce the addition of the new POWER CUBE 100SA/80 100 kW generator to the successful CEIA Power Cube generator family. The state-of-the-art POWER CUBE 100SA/80 100 kW works with high power output up to 100 kW at frequencies of 20 to 80 kHz and features remarkable efficiency (over 96%) and maximum operating flexibility. This new generator extends the CEIA Power Cube family’s range of available power from 2 to 100 kW with frequencies of 20 kHz to 2 MHZ.

For over 30 years, CEIA has been manufacturing High and Medium frequency Inductive Generators with high energy efficiency and minimum operating costs. This extensive experience along with continuous and scrupulous technological research ensures CEIA products offer the highest quality and safety standards.

The new PW3-100SA/80 generator includes the exclusive Autolearn function that allows for automatic configuration of the internal parameters, thereby reducing the set up time and consequently reducing the operating costs. Thanks to its specific microprocessor control software, the generator can self-adjust in real time to variations of the working load, automatically modifying the internal coupling circuit and maximizing the transferred power. This self-adjustment feature ensures more efficient operation. The generator is also easy to use thanks to the new touch screen graphical user interface that allows the operator to program the working settings quickly and easily.

An integrated Web-Server and Data Logger system allow data storage for up to three consecutive months for proper process quality control. The data logger monitors the heating temperatures, output power, frequency, tension and current on the inductor. Through an Ethernet TCP/IP connection it is possible to access the Generator in order to remotely monitor and control the programming settings and interface with SCADA / DCS systems.

Thanks to the use of the Thermal Profile Monitoring software, coupled with the use of the new CEIA SH15/SLE Optical Pyrometers, it is now possible to certify the quality of all products requiring specific heating profiles.

The new Generator is excellent for all the traditional heat treating applications, including brazing, forging, and annealing, as well as for all those continuous heating cycle applications, where an accurate control of the process parameters and a stable and constant output supply power of the Generator is required.

Like all CEIA Generators, the new PW3-100SA/80 complies with the Electrical Safety and Electromagnetic Compatibility regulations.

Nouveaux Pyromètres Optiques SH15/SLE-550

CEIA a le plaisir d'annoncer la nouvelle ligne de pyromètres optiques SH15/SLE-550 qui se caractérisent par l'extrême compacité et la robustesse, l’ample plage de lecture de température, la vitesse de lecture très rapide, l'immunité totale aux perturbations et la possibilité de réglage du spot de lecture.

Tous les pyromètres sont équipés de faisceau pilote LED de faible intensité et ils sont en mesure de couvrir une gamme de température entre 80° et 2000° C.

La grande nouveauté des pyromètres SLE est le spot de lecture et la possibilité d’ajustement de la longueur focale grâce à l’utilisation des lentilles supplémentaires qui peuvent satisfaire toutes les exigences pour les applications de traitements thermiques, brasage, fusion, trempe ainsi que tous les procédés nécessitant un contrôle précis de la température. Chaque pyromètre est étalonné avec des instruments conformes aux normes internationales et est accompagné d'un certificat d'étalonnage.

Tous les modèles SLE sont compatibles avec les centrales de contrôles V3.

New SL optical sensors: compact, direct-reading optical sensors for contact-free temperature measurement between 80°C and 2000°C

CEIA’s new line of SL optical pyrometers are characterized by their extreme compactness and solidity, wide range of temperatures, quick measurement time, immunity to interference in induction heating applications and reduced dimensions of the reading spot. The new SL sensors are compatible with all v.3 controllers, and can be used in applications such as hardening, soldering, melting, tempering, brazing, expansion fitting and all other processes in which accurate control of the temperature is required.

Every pyrometer is equipped with an internal digital memory to store all the calibration parameters, and fitted with a special sensor to measure and compensate for the ambient temperature.

The range comprises 3 basic models: the SH15/SL, with a temperature reading range of 80°C to 800°C; the SH40/SL, from 200°C to 1400°C; and the SH60/SL, from 600°C to 2000°C. Each model can be equipped with an adjustable focal length for temperature reading.
