Smart Manufacturing

  1. Connect your CEIA Metal Detector to your network.
  2. Install CEIA THS Production 4.0 software in a centralized server in your network.
  3. Configure the software module (ERP /OPC UA) according to your infrastracture and production system.
  4. Start to manage CEIA Metal Detector data from your office and improve your production.


CEIA-ERP Interface module is connected to your database and sends Metal Detector data in real-time. These data automatically flow to every area that may need or use that information: employee and software can access the specific information they need quickly. The module enables a two-way flow communication with the Metal Detector: your production system can now write parameters in the machine.

CEIA OPC UA Server module makes available Metal Detector data in real-time to all OPC client connected. The OPC client can be inside your PLC, your SCADA system or a stand-alone software in your infrastructure. To maintain security in data exchange, the communication can be encrypted. The module enables a two-way flow communication with the Metal Detector: your OPC client can now write parameters in the machine.

Data Inspector Tool shows the signal and all events coming from the Metal Detector in a web browser. The signal analysis can be in real-time or with historical data: this allows to identify electrical noise, mechanical noise or bad contamination coming from the environment. Through the signal status, you can plan a manual inspection and act before stopping the production. No production stops, less money lost!
